How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 5 business days. For overseas custom orders like lanyards or medals, delivery is normally within 5-6 weeks. If you design your own name badges online, you can expect to receive your order sooner.
We do offer a priority express service if you need your order sooner – just select this option when you order, call us 0n 08 8231 2746 or email email@example.com.
Will I receive a proof prior to production?
If you have designed your own name badge then you will not receive an artwork proof. If you have provided us with names for design we will send you your proof for approval prior to production commencing.
I have made a mistake in my order, or I need to add a couple of badges. What can I do?
If you have made a mistake on your order just let us know as soon as you are able. You can always add badges in afterwards too and we will arrange for these orders to be dispatched together. Please be aware though this may cause your original order to be delayed.
How do I become an Account Customer?
To become an account customer with 30 day trading terms please contact us for a credit application form.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
You will receive a tracking notification when your order is dispatched. If the item hasn’t arrived, then please let us know so we can follow it up with the relevant delivery company.
How do I receive my 10% discount? Will I still receive quantity discounts?
By designing your own badges online you will receive 10% off your order (excluding delivery). You will also receive any reseller or quantity discounts that you receive as part of the order.
Can I still pre-pay a large quantity of name badges?
Yes! One of the best things about our website is that it is easier for our pre-paid customers to keep track of their orders, and how many they have remaining. If you would like to pre-pay your name badges (at quantity discount pricing), and order as required, please contact us to arrange.
Do I have to design my own items?
No, you don’t have to design your own order, you can still send us names and we will send you proofs back. However you will not receive the 10% online discount if this is the case.
What delivery options do you have?
We have a number of delivery options for our customers, which are available at checkout. You can also select collection to pop in and say hi to us!
What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with the quality of your products, please let us know ASAP by calling 08 8231 2746 or firstname.lastname@example.org. While this is very rare for our name badges and picket plaques, we will work with you to replace the ordered items or work towards another arrangement.

What information do we collect?

We collect personal information from members so they can receive style updates, exclusive offers and promotions, pre-sale event invitations and personalised offers based on their shopping preferences.
If you do not supply requested personal information, we may be delayed or prevented from finalising your purchase or satisfying your request or enquiry. You will not be able to join the EVRIGHT badgeshop website if you do not provide all requested personal information.
How do we collect and hold your personal information?

How do we use your personal information?
We collect your personal information customise our services and to keep you up to date with any important changes to our website including our products and services, to notify you of special events, promotions and offers that may be of interest to you (including by mail, email and SMS), to send you our newsletter, to respond to your queries and to help EVRIGHT manage and enhance its products and services. We also collect your personal information to allow us to manage and fulfil any orders you place with us including delivering any gifts purchased by you. Where EVRIGHT makes such disclosures, we require these organisations to treat your personal information in a way that is consistent with the Privacy Act.
EVRIGHT may from time to time publish information on our website or mobile site about certain customers. However, this information will be limited to the customer’s first name and/or surname, gender, and city or state of residence and the gender of the member. Where we conduct competitions on our website, our mobile site or through social media, the terms and conditions of the competition will include their own privacy provisions.
Cross-border disclosure of personal information
Some of EVRIGHT’s third party contractors and service providers may perform certain services overseas and as a result your personal information may be disclosed to a recipient in a foreign country. For example, we may use a server hosted overseas to store data including you personal information or send emails to EVRIGHT customers. Under Australian privacy laws, we must take reasonable steps, in the circumstances, before personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach Australian privacy laws in relation to that information (“the Obligation“).
The Obligation does not apply if you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to an overseas recipient.
By supplying personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to an overseas recipient and agree that the Obligation does not apply.
How can I review my choices about receiving promotional communication?
At EVRIGHT we want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us or if you do not want your information used to enhance your shopping experience, please let us know by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our email communications, please allow up to 48hrs for unsubscribe to be actioned.
How long will you keep my personal information for?
Any information that we no longer require is destroyed securely. An exception to this may be retention of the information for data analysis. However, if this occurs, the information will be retained in a form that does not allow you to be identified from that information.
How can I access my personal information?
Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to information which EVRIGHT holds about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. While EVRIGHT takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that your personal information is complete and up to date, please notify us of any changes or errors in your personal information held by us. If you are a regular EVRIGHT customer, you may access, review and update your personal information by simply logging into our website using ‘Log In’.

If you are not a EVRIGHT registered member or customer, you may access the information EVRIGHT holds about you by placing your request in writing and sending it to us using the contact details below. We will comply with any such request except where the Privacy Act allows us to refuse to do so.
How secure is your personal information?
We take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and integrity of your personal information and to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
Online ordering security
Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at EVRIGHT and we take all reasonable measures to do so. As such we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology – Our On-line Ordering system is the industry standard for encryption technology – to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you towww.evright.com. We use a third party payment processing system called Braintree. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions. However, we suggest that you take appropriate security precautions when you access the internet via public WI-FI networks or shared computers.
